  • Remote Internship : DigmLabs currently does not have a physical office in Malaysia. All internships will therefore be conducted remotely.
  • Unpaid Internship : The internship is currently unpaid and is primarily intended for learning, technical skill development, industry exposure, and academic internship requirements.
  • Communication : Interns will communicate with the DigmLabs team primarily through Slack and other online communication tools.
  • Learning & Skill Development : Interns will receive practical exposure, mentorship, training, and opportunities to develop technical and professional skills relevant to their field.
  • In-Person Meetings : If DigmLabs owners or senior team members are visiting Malaysia during the internship period, an optional in-person meeting may be arranged at a mutually agreed public location, subject to availability.
  • No Guaranteed Employment : Completing an internship with DigmLabs does not guarantee a future job, paid position, or other employment opportunity.
  • College/University Documentation : DigmLabs will provide reasonable assistance with internship-related documentation required by the student's college or university.
  • College Supervisor Communication : Where required, the DigmLabs supervisor may communicate directly with college/university staff, including participating in verification, evaluation, or internship-related calls.
  • Intern Responsibilities : Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks, attend required meetings, communicate professionally, and remain reasonably responsive during agreed internship hours.
  • Confidentiality : Interns must keep DigmLabs, client, project, technical, and other confidential information private and must not share or publish such information without authorization.
  • Security & System Access : Company accounts, systems, credentials, repositories, and other resources may only be used for authorized internship activities.
  • Professional Conduct : Interns must maintain respectful and professional conduct when communicating with DigmLabs team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Attendance & Commitment : Interns are expected to honor their agreed internship schedule and inform their supervisor in advance about significant absences or academic commitments.

  • Internship Completion : Completion documentation or an internship certificate may be provided subject to satisfactory participation and fulfillment of the agreed internship requirements.
  • Personal Expenses : Unless specifically agreed otherwise, interns are responsible for their own internet, equipment, travel, food, accommodation, and other personal expenses.
  • Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance : Submission of an internship request does not guarantee that DigmLabs will offer an internship. Selection depends on the student's profile, requirements, available opportunities, and supervision capacity.
  • Compliance With Applicable Requirements : The internship arrangement is subject to applicable laws, institutional requirements, and DigmLabs policies, which may be updated as the company expands its Malaysian operations.
  • Acceptance of Terms : By accepting an internship with DigmLabs, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
